Can u take shoes back to the store if they give you blisters and hurt your feet ?
I bought hiking boots at Big five, I'm a size 9 so i bought mens size 7.5. They fit ok but they hurt my feet and gave me blisters while walking today....
I bought hiking boots at Big five, I’m a size 9 so i bought mens size 7.5. They fit ok but they hurt my feet and gave me blisters while walking today. As a result I had to stop hiking and go back home. They are made in China and there is no address for complaints or stuff like that.
Depends on the store. You will have to check your receipt. Maybe if you say there is a defect with the shoes they will take them back. Hiking boots need to be broken in though. I made the same mistake once and never again. Wear them as much as you can to break them in. Also cushion sole inserts can be purchased.
Check your receipt for a return or exchange policy, and you may have to just break them in.
