It is a great rifle, many different models and parts to convert it into pritty much a cheep AR-15. not a bad option at all and i’ve heard nothing but good about them. its also piston operated so it is very reliable. its about 5 lbs unloaded adn used AR style mags adn is chambered in 5.56. CIO!
When choosing a … When choosing a weapon, the weight of your pack may be a deciding factor. Shotguns are nice but the ammo is heavy and bulky. Same with an M1A, it;s good for long and short range but heavy and the ammo is heavy. Also you should think about the area you are in. Urban, metro, country… in a populated area with lots of buildings you want something small and quick like an AR15. There are many factors to think about when it comes to choosing. My advice.. use what you have.
